We are delighted to announce the fourth Open House Cork weekend running from October 4th to October 6th, 2019. Open House is a design festival which runs in over 40 cities across the world, celebrating the best architecture each city has to offer. We are excited to hold this event in Cork for the fourth time and invite you to celebrate with us by taking part! Our series of talks, tours and exhibitions held in buildings all over the city will showcase the rich and varying architecture of Cork. All of the events are completely free, and mostly available on a first come, first served basis.

Highlights of the programme this year are two lectures by Tina Saaby, former Chief City Architect of Copenhagen, and a series of events centered on the life and work of Frank Murphy.

We are very grateful to Cork City Council and the RIAI for their support over the years.

If you would like to get involved with Open House Cork, please contact us via email or through our social media channels.

You can download the timetable, the map, or the complete brochure.

Open House Cork is presented by the Open House Cork Committee in partnership with The Irish Architecture Foundation and in association with Cork City Council and The Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland.
